Scott was awesome to work with. He explained the process very well, gave suggestions and tips, and was done within an hour of me arriving. Communication was great prior to the appointment, and he was very nice about me being late with the snow fall. Will definitely go back when needing more work done.Posted on Robert EastersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dude is awesome. Meticulous detail and immense knowledge. I was very happy taking my main guitars to get set up properly. This included an extended range guitar and all were set up perfectly.Posted on Danny HansonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Guitar Rehab! It's a great relief to have a quality luthier in the Stevens Point area! A friend recommended Scott when my PRS Silver Sky was buzzing into my amp. I messaged Guitar Rehab and luckily he was able to take it in quickly. Within minutes of arriving he had the guitar taken apart and diagnosed. He identified the issue as a loose ground wire and soldered a new wire up better than new. Super nice guy, let me watch him work and had me test things out afterwards to make sure I was happy with the result. Will definitely be bringing more work to him in the future.Posted on Jeff EplettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took my Martin acoustic in for Scott. Guy was super punctual with communication and transparent with everything about the guitar. I gave him a guitar that we had no idea what was wrong with it and he had it figured out, fixed, and playing within a couple days. Super down to earth guy and I’d recommend him to anyone.Posted on Allan FlatoffTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Good attention to detail and he’ll make sure he’ll get things working properly and just the way you need them playing.Posted on j soriaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience! we have several guitars with various needs - from complicated electronic repairs to new strings, set up & tuning - communication through process has been very good & pricing is very fair - we have been looking for someone like Scott in this area for a long time & happy to have found him!!Posted on Sam “someot”Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott rocks! I found a bass that ticked all the boxes for me, but it a concerningly cheap no-name brand. I decided to take a chance on it and bring it to the new guitar place I'd heard about, Guitar Rehab. Right upon meeting Scott, he looked over the bass and spent far longer than he had any obligation to checking it out. I'm glad he did, because it turned out to be a lemon! I opted to send it back for a replacement, which I also had Scott take a look at. When I got it back... wow. I have never had a bass that played so well. Scott managed to take the cheapest bass I've ever purchased and make it play better than the most expensive bass in my collection. I cannot recommend Guitar Rehab enough. Scott is knowledgeable, skilled, communicative, and incredibly well-priced given the work he does. I will definitely be taking my band's instruments to him going forward!Posted on Troy LTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I heard about Scott from a friend of mine. I called him and brought my Dean Colt to him. It had several high frets and one popping out. Scott pulled the fret, cleaned and reset it, leveled and rounded out all of the frets. Set the action and pickups. He worked his magic and this guitar is a beast. I will and am bringing all my guitars for him to analyze and set up. I’m very pleased with his high standard of work and impressed with the quality of the finished product and the turn around time. Guitar plays like butter now. Very nice.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
